who need to know that information in order to provide you with our
various products and services. Our employees are trained to
fulfill their responsibilities by maintaining customer confidentiality
and privacy at all times. If necessary, disciplinary action will
be taken to enforce our policies on protecting your personal

safeguards that comply with Federal standards to protect your nonpublic

Information

do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers
or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we
will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this
notice.
Exception
for Service Providers
We
only disclose necessary customer information to companies that perform
services on our behalf, such as check printers, credit reporting
agencies (for credit verification and fraud control purposes) and
companies that prepare account statements.

are committed to the security of your financial and personal
information. Our operational and data processing systems are in a secure
environment, which prevents unauthorized access to your account
information. We maintain and grant access to your information only
in accordance with our internal security standards.

Your Customer Information

you suspect that someone has obtained unauthorized access to your
account, or access to your personal information (such as Social Security
Number or credit card information), please notify your Personal Banker
immediately.
