Responsible for directing the overall accounting and financial reporting activities of the Bank, its holding company and subsidiaries. <br /><br /> Job Duties<br /><br /> <ul> <li>Direct the overall accounting activities.</li> <li>Administer accounting policies and directives.</li> <li>Review and maintain the integrity of the General Ledger.</li> <li>Prepare/review all regulatory reports and financial reports/statements.</li> <li>Prepare and review accounting information requested by and provided to auditors, examiners and CPAs.</li> <li>Supervise the handling of daily cash and liquidity positions, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset management.</li> <li>Administer the payroll functions.</li> <li>Assist in Bank's asset and liability management.</li> </ul> Requirements<br /><br /> <ul> <li>10+ years in accounting and finance, with 5+ years in community and commercial bank environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge and experience in bank regulatory reporting.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated staff management experience.</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
